I identify where lighting, tonal values, furniture placement, art and accessories may be diluting the property’s impact providing suggestions with immediate impact, followed by a detailed report with an action plan. Where necessary, recommendations are provided for replacement or additional accessories & artwork.

implementation & oversight

For projects where precise execution is paramount, I provide on-site Design Oversight to manage the physical transition from Audit to Launch. 

• Photography Direction: Collaborating with the photographer to ensure the "Hero" frames capture the property’s true architectural value. 

• Material Placement: On-site styling and curation of vignettes to prepare the home for viewings. 

• Consultancy: Continued material specification and contractor liaison for aesthetic updates.
